So today My twin brother and I hung out with a friend.
At about 9:40 a.m. our friend Mason came out to our house and brought his 4-wheeler. Our neigbors have this thing called a Rhino, which is like an off roading golf cart, sits two and has a little bed. My brother and I drove that. We went up past all the houses on the old road, and we were going to check out this creek, but you have to go up this hill, and the road at the base of the hill was washed out from the recent storms we’ve had. So we turned around and drove to this airway strip (which is probably only used in emergencies, because it didn’t look safe) and sat around for a little while. I was going to get out and stretch, but my seat-belt was stuck, so I had to pull that off me.
We then went drove down the strip and came to the road that goes through the little town we currently live in. We dove through it and pulled off at the Welcome sign. We took the little dirt road that comes off the road, and got down to the river. We hung out there for a little while.
We then continued down the dirt road next to cotton fields for a little while, until we got to a bridge. I didn’t like the looks of it. Mason crossed first, then my brother went over it. I had gotten out because it didn’t look safe. I thought he was going to fall, but he was fine. So we went down the gravel road that was on the other side of the bridge. We came to the road again, and turned left onto and went a little way and pull back into home.
Our neighbor let us use one of their cars, because Mason’s truck had ramps still on it. We went in town to pick up lunch for everybody, and came back and ate.
Mason had to be home by 2:00 P.M., so we pushed his 4-wheeler up the ramp into the back of his truck and strapped it in. It took a couple tries, it wasn’t that light.
So overall it was pretty fun. I can’t remember that last time I did anything like that. Though we had previously hung out with Mason the day prior, when we went to a Volleyball game at the school his girlfriend plays at.
